Dr Motsoaledi is also “accusing heads of state hospitals, who alert lawyers of possible medical negligence claims, and bribe them” (Rapport 15 Maart 2015). He wants victims of medical negligence to be compensated for damage. Medical Aid benefits for someone who has served the state for 40 years, ends on retirement. A person whose life depends on an oxygen-supplement, will die because maximum claim is reached, and the medical aid will not foot further bills… THESE ARE JUST 2 EXAMPLES OF A SICK SYSTEM! The Truth I taught for 21 years - the strongest force in the world - now becomes a lesson for lying lawyers & doctors who give false medical reports. With all their wealth, they cannot duck & dive facts & logic… Constitutional Court Judge Edwin Cameron – in his book “Justice” – gives examples of hostile & biased judges: I prove FOUR (4) areas where Judge Claassen was blatantly biased in favour of Dr Rumbak and hostile against me. As victim, I am felled, because the power of money strangles Truth, Justice & Human Rights… If society stands silent, allowing a dangerous doctor with a medical negligence-history freedom to practise, there’s a critical need for a wake-up call to hold him responsible & accountable for his trail of botch-ups… My great honour now - which overrides post-graduate Economics Research - is alerting the world that there is NO justice for medical negligence victims in South Africa. I am commanded to continue trumpeting THE TRUTH without fear - opening a precedent-setting road - otherwise I have wasted my life as a teacher: I am honoured and privileged to be the only person in South Africa enduringly exposing this medico-legal heinous travesty of justice… Details of my Crusade follow: COPY, PASTE & FORWARD TO SHARE TRICKS USED BY ‘PRIVATE-PRACTICE’ DOCTORS - TOGETHER WITH THEIR DODGY LAWYERS - IN BURYING MEDICAL BOTCH-UPS… I finger alive & thriving apartheid medico-legal corruption: evil efforts by subversive social worker, Mae Navias - together with Dr Gunther Winkler - to silence me, by PRESCRIBING MEDICAL POISONS. Icon-Hero Nelson Mandela was locked away, because the apartheid government was afraid of The Truth. To honour Madiba’s credo “it seems impossible, until it’s done”, I will plod on, driven by A Calling to prove (beyond reasonable doubt) that the South African justice system favours the rich, and Truth does not count in court...  DR JULIAN M. RUMBAK is sheltered by MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY… District Surgeon’s & Doctors’ Reports are PROOF AND INCONTROVERTIBLE EVIDENCE, confirming permanent mouth-damage: Dr Rumbak has damaged THREE other patients (post-operative infection, post-operative sinus problems & incorrect crown fittings); in ONE case, adv. Brian Spilg forced him to admit guilt, with “an out-of-court arrangement”. The presiding judge – Claassen - would NOT permit demonstrating to the court mouth-damage when I chew; he would NOT allow me to spell out damage-details relating to Dr Rumbak’s THREE other victims, which is Relevant Corroborative Evidence, In The Public Interest (The Public has a Right to Know); he shouted at me, and (wrongly) allowed adv. John Suttner (with a nervous shoulder-tic) to ask a ‘leading question’: [“are you telling the court there are only five ‘straight’ doctors in South Africa - all the rest are ‘crooks’?”, when I referred to two doctors’ lies & false medical certificates, resulting in Steve Biko’s murder-case being forced open (see below)]. These are pointers to public abuse of legal rules, contrary to proper court procedure: a failed justice system… This same judge treated a burnt-vagina victim with contempt, awarding a negligible pittance; the doctor implicated fled South Africa! The government has an obligatory duty to act NOW!  Judicial Services Commission MUST remove old, arrogant, aggressive, hostile & blatantly-biased, apartheid-mentality judges, who mete out what Americans call “a purchased verdict”…  Dr Rumbak’s defamatory character-assassination report states that I am “an Economics lecturer; a bachelor with psychological problems, living in a Yeoville flat, playing the piano in bars”. (Uncanny that Dr Rumbak wanted to book me into hospital - for a general anaesthetic - to remove splintered tooth-roots). For the record, my Economics students achieved highest marks in national examinations on THREE occasions; I played The Tusk Bar’s piano at The Palace at Sun City, provided piano-music for Cape Judges at The Five Flies Restaurant, and was pianist during The King of Jordan’s wine-estate visit: This is TRUTH, and not a ‘delusional disorder’, as per Dr David Shevel’s report (see below). By butchering my mouth, Dr Rumbak has stolen my lecturing career; Dr Rumbak has stolen my ability to talk normally; Dr Rumbak has stolen my ability to chew without pain. I am left abandoned, with a grossly-distorted face. A lecturer with a broken mouth, is like a prostitute without a bed: it’s “the tool-of-the-trade”! NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE (N.H.I.) must control & regulate ALL doctors, so that ‘private-health’ criminal corruption & fraud is aborted. I uncover a medico-legal conspiracy-of-silence with closing-of-ranks. I brazenly defied agendas to Death-medicate me (which backfired)…  HEALTH DEPARTMENT HAS NO CONTROL OVER DR RUMBAK, because he pays for privileges in ‘private practice’, meaning that corrupt, fraudulent & criminal private health is given carte blanche free reign! This laager-mentality (blinkered reasoning) sanctions vestiges of the barbaric, antediluvian apartheid system, and is a perfect, paragon example of ‘the right of eminent domain’, where a doctor with a track-record of medical negligence, high blood-pressure, and questionable competency in carrying out delicate procedures, pays whatever it takes to be ‘untouchable’, and above-the-law, because he is in ‘private practice’! Where’s the logic? The ‘right of eminent domain’ is WRONG!  HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL – admitting its failed duty to protect The Public - is aware of Dr Rumbak’s medical negligence history & his character-assassination report: his file is kept in a dark-room! The world would have believed that freedom-fighter, Steve Biko, committed suicide because Dr Ivor Lang & Dr Benjamin Tucker lied, filling in false medical certificates to hide TRUTH. Five brazen doctors (Frances Ames, Professor Phillip Tobias, Trefor Jenkins, Edward Barker & Leslie Robertson) forced the health professions council to re-open the case, proving that Steve Biko was MURDERED by the apartheid security police. The toothless health professions council, whose ridiculous credo is “guiding the professions and protecting the public” MUST BE COMPELLED into an inquiry, by re-opening Dr Rumbak’s negligence history file! This council found Dr Rumbak ‘blameless’, without assessing my mouth-damage. On my insistence, elderly chairman Dr Dreyer, granted a meeting, but forbade my witnesses to testify; he referred to his own pains, which accompanies old age; my butchered mouth is a direct result of Dr Rumbak’s professional negligence. The South African medico-legal system backs negligent doctors; stubborn victims who take a stand, are suffocated into silence by a powerful mafia-network, which uses evil and subversive tactics: 1. The law society protected my lawyer - Peter Soller - at bogus investigations. Disciplinary head, Mr du Plessis, threatened “to have me removed, if I do not keep quiet”. Soller sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case. Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers struck him off the roll, stating that “Soller is a danger to society”! What is the law society going to do with Rohan Barry Isaacs? Appointing lawyers as guardians of TRUTH, is comparable to wolves protecting sheep! Justice Minister Michael Masutha is urged to investigate & expose criminally-corrupt legal procedures, medical fraud, and false medical reports issued by a collusive & conspiring medical mafia gang of ‘private-practice’ doctors. • MAE NAVIAS, a pensioned-off social-worker, who wormed her way back as ‘consultant’ - together with an advocate-wearing-a-skullcap - stands accused of putting a dagger in my soul, by plotting to have me evaluated at a psychiatric facility, which is mental torture; failing that, Navias blackmailed me into evaluation by Dr Gunther Winkler; he was curious to know how I remain “positive, motivated & strong”, then prescribed anti-psychotic drugs – haloperidol & benzhexol – which cause stiffness, shaking & sudden Death: this is the behaviour of a Nazi murderer. Dr Winkler tried to persuade me to submit an application form (which he had already filled out) for a disability grant on the grounds of a ‘psychiatric delusional disorder’. At a Religious Ceremony on 29 November 2011, Mae Navias told me that she is “an old lady, and wants to make Peace”. My reply stands: “There will be Peace, after we face TRUTH”! Mae Navias finally stepped down on 28 February 2014.  Helen Zille - Democratic Alliance’s Cape premier - promised “to crack private-sector corruption, with zero tolerance”; her body-guard – Robert MacDonald - cross-examined me at the Civic Centre (as one would with a terrorist) when I presented my grievances relating to medico-legal corruption, fraud, and crime. Helen Zille must keep her “zero tolerance” promises “to crack private-sector corruption”, now that her party has garnered a majority percentage vote in the Western Cape…  Corruption Watch is too focused on public-sector corruption, allowing private-sector corruption to grow into a thriving cancer. The presiding judge – Claassen - would NOT permit demonstrating to the court mouth-damage when I chew; he would NOT allow me to spell out damage-details relating to Dr Rumbak’s THREE other victims, which is Relevant Corroborative Evidence, In The Public Interest (The Public has a Right to Know); he shouted at me, and allowed adv. John Suttner to ask a ‘leading question’ [“are you trying to tell the court that there are only five ‘straight’ doctors in South Africa - all the rest are ‘crooks’?”, when I referred to Steve Biko’s murder case being forced open (see below)]. Ø  HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL – admitting its failed duty to protect The Public - is aware of Dr Rumbak’s medical negligence history & his character-assassination report: his file is kept in a dark-room!   THE WORLD WOULD HAVE BELIEVED THAT FREEDOM FIGHTER, STEVE BIKO, COMMITTED SUICIDE BECAUSE DR IVOR LANG & DR BENJAMIN TUCKER LIED, AND FILLED IN FALSE MEDICAL CERTIFICATES, TO HIDE TRUTH. FIVE BRAZEN DOCTORS (FRANCES AMES, PROFESSOR PHILLIP TOBIAS, TREFOR JENKINS, EDWARD BARKER & LESLIE ROBERTSON) FORCED THE HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL TO RE-OPEN THE CASE, PROVING THAT STEVE BIKO WAS MURDERED BY THE APARTHEID SECURITY POLICE. The toothless Health Professions Council, whose ridiculous credo is “guiding the professions and protecting the public” MUST BE FORCED into an inquiry, by re-opening Dr Rumbak’s negligence history file!  This council found Dr Rumbak ‘blameless’, without assessing my mouth-damage. On my insistence, elderly chairman, Dr Dreyer, granted a meeting, but forbade my witnesses to testify; he referred to his own pains, which accompanies old age; my broken mouth is a direct result of Dr Rumbak’s negligence.

The South African medico-legal system protects negligent doctors; stubborn victims who take a stand, are suffocated into silence by a powerful mafia-network, which uses evil and subversive tactics:

Ø  ROHAN BARRY ISAACS – Dr Rumbak’s cagey-lawyer, representing Deneys Reitz attorneys – intimidated my chief-witness & fingered my sanity, after disrupting an Economics Lecture I was giving: Isaacs threatened “serving an order compelling” me into evaluation by his paid-gun psychiatrist - Dr David Shevel – who concocted a FALSE medical report; this is a result of the law society’s “apathy, reluctance to act, and failure to protect The Public against delinquent lawyers” (Noseweek November 2012). The law society protected my lawyer - Peter Soller - at bogus investigations. Soller sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case. Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers struck him off the roll, stating that “Soller is a danger to society”!  What is the law society going to do with Rohan Barry Isaacs?

DAVID SHEVEL was paid by Dr. Rumbak’s lawyer - Rohan Barry Isaacs - to issue a report pointing to ‘delusions of grandeur’, because my Economics Students achieved Top Honours on THREE (3) occasions in National Examinations: he slotted this TRUTH into a psychiatric ‘delusional disorder’ – a mental condition - using false logic…

MAE NAVIAS - an old social worker - finally stepped down at the end of January 2012. She is seventy-seven years old, and told me at a function on 29 November 2011 that she “is an old woman, and wants to make peace”. My answer to her was: “There can be Peace, only if we admit Truth”…
Mae Navias wormed her way back, after going on pension. She fingered my sanity, by trying to blackmail me into an evaluation at Valkenberg Mental Hospital. After entering the portals of Valkenberg – in the company of murderers and rapists, inter alia - a black mark & sour stigma sticks for life; that person loses all further credibility, with a ‘Tattoo’ branded alongside his name!
An advocate – wearing a skull-cap – was brought in. He advised that the above “evaluation” would strengthen the case”! YES! Strengthen the case AGAINST me!
Mae Navias then harassed me into an appointment she arranged with Dr. Gunther Winkler…
The fact that she is at an ‘advanced age’, does NOT absolve or mitigate her plans - as an accomplice - to commit evil. The dagger she lanced into my soul, is still piercing!
The Law says: “the mind that conceives – and the intelligence that directs – a crime, is more guilty than the hand that acts”!
Mae Navias has wormed her way back yet AGAIN, as a “consultant”!

DR. GUNTHER WINKLER - curious to know how I remain positive, motivated, and strong - read Dr. Shevel’s report, and prescribed anti-psychotic drugs: haloperidol and benzhexol, which cause stiffness, shaking, and sudden Death…

Serial Killer, “Dr.” Harold Shipman, prescribed medication to WORSEN medical problems. More than 150 of his patients died mysteriously, but police refused to get involved, as “the evidence was not strong enough”!
Shipman was eventually found guilty, and hanged himself in his cell!
In U.S.A., Dr. Conrad Murray has been sentenced to four years’ jail, for prescribing drugs that caused Michael Jackson’s Death!
In New Zealand, South African Professor, Sean Davison, has been sentenced to six months’ house-arrest for causing his mother’s death, by morphine overdose.
In Australia, doctors have been negligent in aborting the wrong twin…

• to re-open the medical negligence case against Dr. Rumbak, and examine his character-assassination report: District Surgeon’s Report states that “no operation will help” (to remedy Dr. Rumbak’s botched surgery). Other Doctors’ Reports’ compelling Truth validate the damage.
• to investigate why Dr. David Shevel was paid to issue a false medical report
• to explain why social worker Mae Navias was permitted to terrorise & blackmail me, and finger my sanity
• to inquire why Dr. Gunther Winkler prescribed poisonous drugs, which cause stiffness, shaking, and sudden Death.

DR. RUMBAK’S character-assassination report states that I am “an Economics Lecturer: a bachelor, with psychological problems, living in a flat, and playing the piano in a Yeoville bar”!
After he removed my tooth-roots, I experienced prolonged bleeding; my face swelled grotesquely, climaxing in excruciatingly-painful cracking of the jaws, which persists today.

Dr. Rumbak told me that he suffers from high blood-pressure. He has a medical negligence history…

Dr. Rumbak’s THREE (3) other victims (I have their contact details):
- Mr. X. suffered post-operative sinus problems. Advocate Brian Spilg compelled Dr. Rumbak to foot costs of corrective surgery.
- Ms. Y. Dr. Rumbak was responsible for incorrect crown fittings.
- Mr. Z. suffered post-operative infection, which had to be remedied by another doctor.
I find it very strange that Dr. Rumbak wanted to book me into hospital and give me a GENERAL anaesthetic, in order to remove my splintered tooth-roots!
Will NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE allow Dr. Rumbak – in private practice, with a medical negligence history – carte blanche to inflict further damage, without being held accountable and responsible for his victims?

NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE (N.H.I.) must impose a wealth-tax on Medical Protection Society & Medical Defense Union, who renege on their Duty & Obligation to make reparation, after Dr. Rumbak maimed me.

NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE must also impose a wealth-tax on Glenrand M.I.B. & Attorneys’ Fidelity Fund, who refuse to acknowledge my lawyer’s (Peter Soller’s) professional negligence & abuse of Trust Funds respectively, even though Soller was struck off the attorneys’ roll by TWO (2) Judges (Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers)!

• health department has NO control over doctors (like Dr. Rumbak) in private practice, who issue FALSE MEDICAL REPORTS to cover their negligent colleagues’ shouting guilt, prescribing poisonous drugs to silence victims who take a stand. Their army-of-lawyers humiliate, intimidate, and torture those brazen enough to bring out The Red Flag… Doctors are able to bury their botch-ups effortlessly! According to Common Law, this ‘right of eminent domain’ is an ILLEGAL privilege!
Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi took “a swipe at doctors in private practice, who recommend elective Caesarean section births for commercial gain” (Cape Times November 2, 2011).

• health department MUST control private hospitals, to avoid a repeat of the Netcare scandal: their CEO offered a public apology, after being “fined R7,8-million, admitting they unlawfully acquired and transplanted kidneys at a KwaZulu-Natal hospital earlier in the decade” (Sunday Times 21 November 2010).

MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY IS DR. RUMBAK’S INSURANCE COMPANY, RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRUPT & CRIMINAL ACTS OF ITS AGENTS…

• HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL is paid to protect negligent doctors, including Dr. Rumbak. Their credo “guiding the professions and protecting The Public”, is a misnomer: they treat The Public with no sympathy, finding negligent doctors ‘blameless’, without ever meeting the damaged victims; they are aware of Dr. Rumbak’s negligence history; his victims are intimidated into silence.

• HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL protected Dr. Ivor Lang & Dr. Benjamin Tucker, “who issued a FALSE medical certificate”. “Lang and Tucker were later found guilty of improper and disgraceful conduct after FIVE (5) Doctors – Trefor Jenkins, Frances Ames, Edward Barker, Leslie Robertson, and Professor Phillip Tobias forced the Health Professions Council to re-open the case”. Lang and Tucker were then found guilty of covering up Steve Biko’s murder by the security police (The Star 5 June 1997).
• “12 September 2011 was the 34th anniversary of the assassination of Biko by apartheid security police” (The Times September 13 2011).

If a doctor ruins YOUR life, lawyers twist Truth, claiming that the damage “is a pre-existing condition, in YOUR imagination”. With a bag of lies, they turn the physical damage caused by the negligent doctor into a mental illness!

• MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY used lawyer ROHAN BARRY ISAACS – representing Deneys Reitz attorneys – with his bag of illegal, evil tricks and “bully tactics” to silence my grievances, freeing Dr. Rumbak from blatant guilt… Isaacs intimidated my chief witness, who refused to testify; he dispossessed me, and tormented me by disrupting my Economics Lecture with a telephone call, intimidating me with threats of orders, compelling me into humiliating examination by his selected doctors. Isaacs paid them to give reports denying the blatant damage caused by Dr. Rumbak, with pretexts of “pre-existing conditions in my imagination”…

Colleague-doctors – instructed by lawyer Rohan Isaacs – networked to silence my attempts to force out Truth and Human Rights, entitling Restorative Justice. They tortured me, in a combined effort to prove that I am CRAZY (Hebrew: Meshuggah)!


THE LAW SOCIETY – at five BOGUS ‘investigations’ - protected my lawyer, Peter Soller, who sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case.
Mr. du Plessis – head of the law society disciplinary committee – threatened to ‘have me removed’, if I did not keep quiet!
Soller was then struck off the attorneys’ roll by TWO (2) Judges (Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers), who state that “Soller is a danger to society”!
The law society allowed “172 law firms to defraud poor road accident victims” (The Star 10 July 2001).
“The Pretoria Bar Council has struck from its roll six of 13 greedy advocates found guilty of fleecing the Road Accident Fund of over R15-million” (The Times September 30 2011).
The Road Accident Fund has now run out of money!
“83 Johannesburg advocates face fraud inquiry” (Noseweek Dec.2011).
What is the law society going to do with CAGEY-lawyer Rohan Barry Isaacs, who - inter alia - engineered FALSE MEDICAL REPORTS?

A burnt-Vagina victim was treated with ruthless arrogance by the presiding judge (Claassen) mentioned below.
The doctor implicated, fled South Africa, and the private hospital was found guilty of placing undiluted acid into the poor woman’s Vagina…

Judge Claassen was blatantly biased: he would not allow me to refer to details of the damage Dr. Rumbak caused to THREE (3) other victims, which is vital and relevant Corroborative Evidence, in the Public Interest.
Anyone can become Dr. Rumbak’s next victimised victim!
Judge Claassen would not allow me to demonstrate to the court that I chew in pain - like a donkey - after Dr. Rumbak damaged my Trigeminal Nerve: muscles in my neck and cheek are in permanent spasm; he dislocated my jaw, and damaged my jaw-joints, which crack. I speak in discomfort.
Judge Claassen shouted at me, and he allowed adv. John Suttner to ask a ‘leading question’: when I referred to the FIVE (5) doctors who forced the Steve Biko case open, Suttner asked: “are you trying to tell the court that there are only ‘5 straight doctors’ in this country? All the rest are crooks?”
Is this kind of ‘judgment’ good enough to bear up in an International Court of Justice?

A deputy minister has stated that “courts are racist” (Sunday Times 14 November 2010).
Fine Music Radio News 17h00 3 January 2011 referred to a “dysfunctional criminal justice system” in South Africa!

Medical Protection Society gave lawyer Rohan Barry Isaacs - representing Deneys Reitz attorneys - all the money it took, to free Dr. Julian Rumbak from shouting guilt, after a series of “operations-gone-wrong”: botched mouth surgery has stolen my lecturing career, leaving me unable to eat and speak normally…

Having broken my mouth, he has the brazen and pretentious temerity to claims of being a ‘head-shrinker’: in his character-assassination report, riddled with lies, he states - with contempt - that I am “an Economics Lecturer: a bachelor, with psychological problems, living in a flat, and playing the piano in a Yeoville bar”!! After he removed my tooth roots, I experienced persistent bleeding, my face swelled grotesquely, climaxing in excruciatingly painful cracking of the jaws.
APARTHEID HEALTH leaves the Department of Health with NO control over South African doctors in private practice - including Dr. Rumbak - making it easy for these doctors to bury their mistakes.
APARTHEID HEALTH means that the health professions council is paid to protect negligent doctors. Their credo “guiding the professions and protecting The Public”, is a misnomer: they treat The Public with no sympathy, finding negligent doctors ‘blameless’, without meeting the damaged victims; they are aware of Dr. Rumbak’s negligence history; his victims are intimidated into silence: in one instance - where a victim suffered an onset of post-operative sinus problems, and was represented by adv. Brian Spilg - Dr. Rumbak admitted guilt, and he agreed to foot costs.
Health professions council protected the doctors who were found guilty of covering up Steve Biko’s murder.
APARTHEID LAW SOCIETY allowed Dr. Rumbak’s lawyer, Rohan Isaacs, free reign to intimidate me with threats of orders, compelling me into humiliating examination by doctors whom Isaacs paid to give reports denying the blatant damage caused by Dr. Rumbak, with pretexts of “pre-existing conditions in my imagination”.
Isaacs illegally intimidated my chief witness, who then refused to testify; he dispossessed me, and terrorised me by disrupting my lecture with a threatening telephone call.
The law society – at five BOGUS ‘investigations’ - protected my lawyer, Peter Soller, who sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case.
Mr. du Plessis – head of the law society disciplinary committee – threatened to ‘have me removed’, if I did not keep quiet!
Soller was then struck off the attorneys’ roll by two Judges, who state that “Soller is a danger to society”!
The law society allowed “172 law firms to defraud poor road accident victims” (The Star 10 July 2001).
APARTHEID JUSTICE means that in the High Court - CHAIT vs RUMBAK:
Judge Claasens was blatantly biased: he would not allow me to refer to details of the damage Dr. Rumbak caused to THREE other victims, which is important and relevant Corroborative Evidence.
Judge Claasens would not allow me to demonstrate to the court that I chew in pain - like a donkey - after Dr. Rumbak damaged my Trigeminal Nerve: muscles in my neck and cheek are in permanent spasm; he dislocated my jaw, and damaged my jaw-joints, which crack. I speak in discomfort.
Judge Claasens shouted at me, and he allowed adv. John Suttner to ask a ‘leading question’.
“Black Judges ‘not trusted’” (Sunday Times 17 October 2010). What will be done about old, biased, apartheid-mentality judges?
Dr. David Shevel was paid by Dr. Rumbak’s lawyer - Rohan Isaacs - to issue a report pointing to ‘delusions of grandeur’, because my Economics Students achieved Top Honours on three occasions in National Examinations: he slotted this TRUTH into a psychiatric ‘delusional disorder’, using false logic…
Dr. Gunther Winker - curious to know how I remain positive, motivated, and strong - read Dr. Shevel’s report, and prescribed anti-psychotic drugs: haloperidol and benzhexol, which cause stiffness, shaking, and sudden Death…

Old social worker, May Navias, fingered my sanity: she tried to intimidate me into an evaluation at Valkenberg Mental Hospital. After a person enters the portals of a mental institution, a black mark with a sour stigma sticks for life, so that person loses all further credibility!
My Judaism commands me to do everything in my power to reduce this sick evil.
I draw to the attention of the world, sins committed by the South African medical and legal fraternity, funded by the Medical Protection Society (doctors’ professional indemnity insurers, based in London), focusing on their combined subversive efforts to shut this stubborn victim away.

My Candle of Truth burns on, to vindicate my sanity, and to force those who have tortured me for 16 years, to acknowledge the damage and disgrace they have left in their wake…
I accept eating and speaking in discomfort - being left with cracking jaws and mouth-muscles in permanent spasm - caused by Dr. Rumbak’s butchered surgery. But this compels me to fight on, for Justice denied & Human Rights Abuse, until The Truth comes out!
This is my humble contribution, in opening a path for other victims of South African medical negligence, so they become that much wiser…
I will continue to do my very best, to make a difference.
If I ever surrender The Truth of my Calling as a Teacher, I would be giving ammunition for the devil to continue his work.
